2. Do you have any distributors of your range in the USA ? No we don't but we regularly send shipments to end users in the USA.

3. Do you manufacture the range you do ? No, we are strictly distributors of the range we do.

4. Can you manufacture items to individual specifications ? Unfortunately not. We are simply distributors representing various Companies in Europe.

5. What happens if an item is received damaged ? Provided the item is checked and signed accordingly on the couriers docket as received damaged, we can send a replacement without any additional cost to you.

6. Do you have retailers doing your range ? Yes we have some but most operate on the internet or sell from our brochure. They hardly carry any stocks.

7. How soon could I have my order delivered ? Assuming stock availability, we can despatch goods witin 24 hours of receipt of your order.
